Make your first video (Image to Video)

Image to Video is the most reliable way to start — the image sets the look, so you only describe the motion.

  1. 01

    Open Image to Video

    From the AI Video tools.

  2. 02

    Upload a clear image

A sharp, well-lit portrait or scene with one subject.

  3. 03

    Pick 9:16 and 5 seconds

Vertical for social; short for clean motion and fewer credits.

  4. 04

    Describe only the motion

Use the prompt below as a starting point.

  5. 05

    Click Generate

A short clip usually takes a few minutes.

Not every tool shows every setting, but these are the ones you’ll meet most.

Beginner mistakes

  • Rendering long clips before testing short ones
  • Blurry, dark or busy input images
  • Prompts with several actions and camera moves
  • Pushing style strength to the maximum
  • Posting without upscaling or captions

Habits of good creators

  • Test at 5 seconds, then render the final
  • Reuse one style prompt across a series
  • Change one thing per try
  • Upscale every final clip
  • Keep a list of prompts that worked
Is DomoAI easy to use for beginners?

Yes. You upload an image or video (or type a prompt), pick a style, and click Generate. This guide takes about 20 minutes from sign-up to your first exported video.

Do I need to download any software?

No. DomoAI runs in your browser on desktop or phone, and all processing happens in the cloud — no powerful computer or GPU needed.

Which tool should I try first?

Image to Video. The image sets the look, so you only describe the motion, which gives the most stable results for beginners.

How long does it take to make a video?

A short clip usually renders in a few minutes. Longer clips, upscaling and Relax-mode jobs take longer.

How do I avoid wasting credits?

Test with 5-second clips and faster models, change one thing at a time, and render the full-quality version only once you like the result. On Standard and above, use Relax mode to explore.

How do I download my video?

Open your history (My creations), preview the clip and download the MP4. Upscale it first if you want a sharper final file.
